Two Hours. Zero Intermission. All Showstoppers.

The lights dim. The orchestra tunes. The curtain rises on your new radio obsession.

Welcome to Big Broadway—the only two-hour escape where the drama of the West End and the magic of the Great White Way collide. If you believe the world is a stage and life is better with a soundtrack, this is your invitation to the front row.

Broadcasting from the heart of the theatre district to your speakers, Big Broadway is hosted and produced by Richard J Hannah and brought to you by Broadcast East.

THE MAIN EVENT

This isn’t just a playlist; it’s a standing ovation in the making. For two glorious hours, we turn up the volume on the legends.

We play the greats:
From the heart-wrenching ballads of Les Misérables to the haunting majesty of The Phantom of the Opera, and the sultry, razzle-dazzle of Chicago. We spin the definitive performances from the shows that defined generations. If it played on Broadway, it plays here.

We go behind the curtain:
Great music deserves a great story. We don’t just press play—we share the history. Discover the scandals, the triumphs, and the untold stories behind your favourite scores.

We keep you in the loop:
Theatre never sleeps, and neither do we. Get the latest Broadway News, casting updates, and insider buzz that you won’t hear anywhere else.

WHY LISTEN?

Because you know that a show tune isn't just a song—it's a feeling. It’s the goosebumps when the chorus swells. It’s the nostalgia of a childhood favourite. It’s the thrill of discovering a new star.

Big Broadway is curated for the superfan. Whether you’re a seasoned thespian or a weekend warrior who just loves a good showstopper, you belong here.
